Declan Rice scored two stunning free-kicks and Mikel Merino added a third to seal the deal.
The visitors looked shell-shocked as the goals rained in, especially after a first half where the likes of Mbappe and Vinicius Junior had chances to score.

Carlo Ancelotti's men will need to overturn a 3-goal deficit to force extra time. It will not be the first time this has happened in the competition's history, as Liverpool lost 3-0 to Barcelona in the semi-final first leg back in 2019.
However, a 4-0 win at Anfield sent them through. Mbappe is staying confident ahead of the second leg in Spain.
