Rasheedat Ajibade, the Super Falcons attacker, is likely to depart Atletico Madrid Femeni when her contract expires at the season's conclusion, as an extension is not anticipated.

The Nigerian international joined Atletico Madrid women’s team in 2021 on a two-year contract.

Over the past four years, Ajibade has been a key player for Atletico Madrid Femeni in LaLiga, where she has made 136 appearances and scored 40 goals.

Across 19 appearances this season, she has provided six goals and three assists for Atletico Madrid.

Ajibade is nearing the end of her time in Spain and could leave in the next summer transfer window.

According to Soccerdonna, the 25-year-old forward will depart Atletico Madrid this summer, prompting the club to actively seek a replacement.

Rasheedat has been mentioned as a potential addition to the USA NWSL league and could join her country teammate Asisat Oshoala.

Although no specific club has been linked with her, a possible destination is still not sure for the forward.
