Arsenal drop Osimhen
While the Gunners have not at any point assumed the role of front-runner for Victor Osimhen's signature, they have been in and around the list of suitors.
However, with David Ornstein's claim that Premier League clubs are no longer considering the Nigerian given his wage demands, as well as a report from Caught Offside stating that the Gunners have whittled down their striker wish list to two names, it is apparent that the Galatasaray striker is no longer desired.
Also, the Gunners have reportedly ended their pursuit of Alexander Isak, as his name is not listed among the new two targets.

Arsenal's striker targets
The Gunners have reportedly zeroed in on two players, Viktor Gyokeres and Benjamin Sesko, and are now only focusing on getting one of them next summer.
Sesko is the younger of the two and was close to joining the Gunners in 2024 before opting to remain at Leipzig. His current contract expires in 2029, and he is expected to cost north of €65 million.
The more experienced Viktor Gyokeres is the top-scoring striker in European top-flight football this season. The 26-year-old Sporting Lisbon star’s contract expires in 2028, and his market value, according to Transfermarkt, is €75 million.
