Jose Mourinho's team failed to end their 11-year title drought, having won it last in the 2013/2014 season.

Despite the disappointing season, they claimed a 2-0 victory over Eyupspor as they look to end their season on a high.

Mourinho left Super Eagles fullback Bright Osayi on the bench for the second time in a row for Fenerbahçe.

Fenerbahçe started the game brightly but needed to wait until the 32nd minute for En-Nesyri to open the scoring and take the lead to the halftime break.

In the second half, Mourinho brought in Super Eagles star Bright Osayi after the team struggled to get the second goal.

Dusan Tadic went on to score the second goal for Fenerbahçe to seal the win. However, the visitors got a goal in injury time, with the game ending 2-1.

The win made no difference for Fenerbahçe as they saw Victor Osimhen's Galatasaray lift the league title following their win.
