Brentford will only sell Bryan Mbeumo if the deal is right and haven't ruled out him staying, says sporting director Phil Giles.
Bryan Mbeumo wants to join Manchester United, and the feeling is mutual. However, the Cameroonians' move to Old Trafford might not be straightforward.
Brentford's sporting director, Phil Giles, confirmed the club has already rejected two bids from the Red Devils for Mbeumo, the latest worth €73 million.

Brentford reject Man United's improved offer for star player Mbeumo
Negotiations between Manchester United and Brentford for Bryan Mbeumo are ongoing, after an improved offer of €65 million was rejected.
What Brentford director said
Speaking to the BBC, via Abola, Giles explained, "There's not much [progress with Mbeumo]. He had a fantastic season, we expected a lot of interest in him, and there has been.
"He has his own ideas about where he wants to take his career, of course he does - he's perfectly entitled to. But it's not impossible that he'll still be a Brentford player next season, if we agree that's what will happen."

He added, "It has to be the right deal for Brentford, any club would say the same. If it's not the right deal, why would we do it? He's undoubtedly one of our best players, if not the best, and we need our best players. There's no harm in keeping our best players."
While Mbeumo's future remains uncertain, Giles confirmed that Brentford captain Christian Norgaard is close to a move to Arsenal. The two Premier League clubs have reportedly agreed on a €17.5 million fee, including bonuses.
"We've been in talks with Arsenal over the last week or 10 days - it's not done yet, but it's heading in that direction," Giles said. "If it happens, it'll be fantastic, he deserves it. He's been a brilliant captain for us. We'll see how the story ends, but we're very open about that interest."
