Manchester United consider En-Nesyri and Guirassy in quest for forward reinforcements

Manchester United, grappling with a challenging season under Erik ten Hag, are on the hunt for quality additions to their squad.

The team has faced a rough patch, losing seven out of their first 17 Premier League matches, compounded by injuries and underperforming new signings. Among these, the £72 million summer acquisition, Rasmus Hojlund, has yet to find his footing in the domestic league.

Eyes on Bundesliga Star and Moroccan Talent

The Red Devils have been closely monitoring the Bundesliga sensation, Serhou Guirassy, who has impressed with 17 goals in Germany. Despite United's interest, Guirassy seems more inclined towards a move to Tottenham.

Shifting focus, United have now turned their attention to Sevilla's Moroccan striker, Youssef En-Nesyri. United's scouts have been actively following En-Nesyri and are expected to watch him in the upcoming LaLiga clash against Atletico Madrid.

En-Nesyri's Potential Move Amid Sevilla's Struggles

Since joining Sevilla in January 2020, En-Nesyri has been a key player, contributing significantly to the team's two Europa League victories. Despite a challenging season for Sevilla, currently 14th in LaLiga, En-Nesyri has been a standout performer with eight goals and four assists this term.

With Sevilla out of Europe and facing financial difficulties, they might consider cashing in on En-Nesyri, who shone in Morocco's World Cup campaign last year, including a memorable goal against Portugal in the quarterfinals.

En-Nesyri, under contract until June 2025, could be available for around £16 million as Sevilla looks to alleviate their financial burden by selling key assets.

This transfer speculation comes at a time when Manchester United is keen to bolster its attacking options, seeking players who can make an immediate impact and help the team climb up the Premier League table.

With Ten Hag's clear vision and the club's active pursuit of new talent, United fans will be eagerly watching the developments in the transfer market.
