Manchester City has reportedly set a surprisingly low asking price of £40 million for Jack Grealish, a player they acquired from Aston Villa for a record-breaking £100 million just three years ago.
Grealish featured in 50 matches during City's treble-winning season, contributing a combined 16 goals and assists.
However, his form dipped, and injuries became more frequent in the following season.

Manchester City are making plans for a loan move for Jack Grealish, according to reports.
Man City want Grealish gone
Despite Grealish's underwhelming performance in the past season, interest in him remains high, especially given his reduced price tag, as reported by Sportal.
Tottenham, Newcastle, and Napoli are rumoured to be seriously interested. A return to Aston Villa isn't out of the question, though Grealish's high wages could prove a stumbling block.
The England international lost his starting spot last season, managing only one goal and one assist in 20 Premier League appearances.
Due to his limited playing time, Pep Guardiola also excluded him from the Manchester City squad for the Club World Cup.
The 29-year-old English forward is under contract with Manchester City until 2027 but could leave the Etihad this summer.
