Iwobi silences critics as Eagles AFCON heroes stun lacklustre Man United
Super Eagles superstars Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi were the heroes as Fulham pulled off a shock victory away to Manchester United on Saturday.
Pulse Sports Nigeria reports that the Nigerians netted both goals as the Cottagers sealed a second away win of the season after an excellent 2-1 at Old Trafford.

Bassey and Iwobi show against United
Centre-back Bassey rifled home midway through the second half to put Fulham ahead. United captain Harry Maguire equalised late on to give the hosts hope.
But Iwobi had the final say in added time, capping a fine team move to secure a famous win for Fulham with his third league goal of the season.
Bassey's thunderous half-volley put Marco Silva's side ahead before Maguire made it 1-1. Yet Iwobi responded quickly to earn Fulham their first league win at United in 21 years.
The away side was full value as United mustered little at a frustrated Old Trafford. The latest damaging home defeat sees United slip further off the Champions League places while Fulham strengthen their goal to stay in the Premier League.
