We'll be back — Hansi Flick makes rousing statement after UCL semi-final exit to Inter
Barcelona's head coach Hansi Flick reacted to their UCL semi-final exit to Inter.
The match, an instant classic, saw both teams battle until the final whistle of extra time. Inter’s substitute Davide Frattesi sealed their place in the final with a 99th-minute winner, after Francesco Acerbi’s stoppage-time goal in the 93rd minute had forced the game into extra time.

Barcelona fought valiantly, clawing back from a 2-0 halftime deficit to take a 3-2 lead, only to lose their grip in the closing moments and fall in extra time. The defeat left them agonizingly close to their first Champions League final since 2015.
Yamal, who was fantastic across both legs, was devastated but defiant in his Instagram post:
“We gave it our all — this year it couldn’t be, but we’ll be back, have no doubt about it. Culers, we won’t stop until we put this club where it belongs: at the very top.
"I will keep my promise and bring it to Barcelona; we won’t stop until we achieve it.”
Barcelona are still top of LaLiga, leading second place Real Madrid by 4 points and will now turn their attention to a title deciding Clasico on Sunday.
