According to The Guardian, via Sportal, the Turkish club is targeting Manchester City midfielder İlkay Gündoğan.

The rejection was likely due to Rodri's injury at the time, with Pep Guardiola unwilling to let Gündoğan leave mid-season. Despite City's challenging campaign, the 34-year-old played a significant role and ultimately had his one-year contract extension option triggered.
