Since joining the Belgian side in August 2022, he has established himself as a key player for the former league champions.

The midfielder's strong performances previously attracted interest from other top European clubs, like Eintracht Frankfurt and Premier League side West Ham, but no formal offer was made.

Galatasaray wants Onyedika

According to Turkish outlet Fotomac, Galatasaray are preparing a serious bid to sign the Super Eagles star this winter.

The Istanbul-based club, known as "The Cimbom," is determined to strengthen its squad to compete for both domestic and continental honours.

Having secured back-to-back Super Lig titles, Galatasaray's management is now focused on building a team capable of making a significant impact in European competitions.

Onyedika is seen as a priority to bolster their midfield for this ambition and will be keen to join Victor Osimhen.

The 24-year-old defensive midfielder is currently valued at approximately €20 million. However, with two years remaining on his contract, Club Brugge is expected to demand a transfer fee closer to €30 million.

The Belgian club may also be reluctant to part with a key player mid-season as they pursue their own title aspirations.
