Nigerian forward Chinedu Umeh, who scored 65 goals for Atlantic Business FC, joins Finland’s Seinäjoki Football Club, aiming to continue his rise from Lagos to European football.
Seinäjoki Football Club (SJK) in Finland has secured the signature of 19-year-old Nigerian forward Chinedu Umeh, marking a huge step in the young striker’s burgeoning career.
Umeh, a right-footed attacker, has already gained experience in Finnish football, having played in the Ykkösliiga and Kakkonen divisions with SJK Akatemia.

Before moving to Europe, Umeh played for Atlantic Business FC, a club based on the outskirts of Lagos.
During his two seasons with Atlantic Business, Umeh established himself as a prolific scorer, netting an impressive 65 goals in 120 appearances across all competitions, including the National League One, Nigerian Youth League, and the Creative Championship.

Known for his speed, pressing ability, and maturity beyond his years, Umeh primarily operates as a central striker and is regarded as a constant threat in the final third.
His ambition is clear; he dreams of playing in the UEFA Champions League and is now taking his next steps toward that goal at SJK Academy.

“After two incredible seasons, we say goodbye to one of our brightest stars. Chinedu Umeh has completed a move to Finnish side SJK,” Atlantic Business FC announced on their X account.
