Thomas Muller, widely regarded as one of the greatest players in Bayern Munich's history, has announced that he will be leaving the club at the end of the current season.
The 35-year-old has been associated with Bayern Munich for 25 years, making his senior debut in 2008 and going on to play 743 games, the most in the club's history.
In a report by Pulse Sports, Muller was ranked as the number one in the top 10 most loyal players in football in 2025.

Muller, who is also third on Bayern's all-time scorer's list with 247 goals, has won numerous titles with the club, including two Champions Leagues and 12 Bundesliga titles.
What Muller said
He expressed his gratitude and joy for being able to spend his career with his beloved club.
He said, "It's been an incredible journey, shaped by unique experiences, great encounters, and unforgettable triumphs."
The attacking midfielder, who has also played for Germany, winning the 2014 World Cup and scoring 45 goals in 131 appearances, will play his final competitive game for Bayern during the Fifa Club World Cup in the USA, which starts on June 15.
