Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson has addressed rumours surrounding his potential departure from the Etihad.

When questioned about his future, he stated, as reported by Sportal, "My focus is here. It's with City. They gave me everything to return to the Premier League and try to win the UEFA Champions League as well. My mind is on the club."

"My future is here. Some friends send me a lot of news, but 99% of it is false. I understand you [the media]. You need news to generate likes on social media. I get it, but there's a lot of fake news surrounding my name," he emphasized.

FC Porto's Diogo Costa has been mentioned as a potential replacement for the Brazilian, formerly of Benfica, should he leave.
