Partey’s rape charges
According to reports from Romano Fabrizio on X, “Thomas Partey has been officially charged with rape by the Metropolitan Police Service.

“The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised the Metropolitan Police Service to charge a man after a file of evidence was submitted by detectives.
“The Met has issued a charge and requisition to Thomas Partey, 32 (13/06/1992), of Hertfordshire, in connection with the following offences: Five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.”
It was reported that the offences were alleged to have taken place between 2021 and 2022 after taking a trip to Spain.
The 31-year-old was in Ibiza for his summer holiday after just finishing his first season with the Gunners. He was later accused of rape by three different ladies.
Partey, who left Arsenal after his contract expired and failed to reach an agreement for an extension, finds himself in a difficult situation with the rape allegation as he looks to decide his future.
