Abiodun shines for Super Falcons
In a dominant outing at the M.K.O Stadium in Abuja, Nigeria took a huge step towards qualifying for another WAFCON with a big win against Cape Verde on Thursday.
Uchenna Kanu and Esther Okonkwo netted most of the goals with a brace each, while Monday Gift was the other scorer on the day for the Falcons.

However, it was the midfield maestro, Deborah, who stole the show with her performance in the middle of the park for the Super Falcons.
The talented midfielder, who announced herself to the world at the last FIFAWWC, totally dominated the midfield with her commanding presence and exceptional ball control alongside Toni Payne.
Abiodun's mastery and level on the day left fans who watched and followed the game in awe of her ability to dictate play and transition between offense and defense.
As the match progressed, it became evident for some of the fans that they were witnessing an all-time performance as she impressed further with her decision-making and overall contribution to the team’s success en route to a Player of the Match award.
