Oshoala reflects after the game

Oshoala, who recently arrived from Barcelona in a high-profile move, said that winning games takes only one opportunity.

"Sometimes all it takes is one opportunity," Oshoala reflected after the game. "We took ours today, and to be honest, after I put it away, I had to do a double-take to make sure I wasn't offside," she said.

The 29-year-old Nigerian forward, arrived at Bay FC for a reported fee of $162,000 with a bang, having secured a contract extension until 2026.

During her time with Barcelona, Oshoala became a key figure, contributing significantly to the team's success both domestically and in Europe.

Her impressive record of 117 goals and 14 trophies in five years with Barcelona speaks volumes about her attacking prowess.

BAY FC would be hoping that the Nigerian striker will continue her impressive performance in front of goal, as they hope to make a mark in the NWSL.
