The Super Eagles will face South Africa at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday, June 7th, and travel to Abidjan, Ivory Coast, for their second match against Benin on Monday, June 10th.

Nigeria's head coach, Finidi George, has named his 23-man squad for the crucial 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa's Bafana Bafana and Benin's Cheetahs.

The team boasts a strong line-up, including in-form stars like Ademola Lookman, the reigning African Player of the Year Victor Osimhen, and defensive rock Wilfred Ndidi.

Goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali, who impressed at the recent Africa Cup of Nations, will be joined by Maduka Okoye for options in goal.
