Nigeria's Flying Eagles: having finished in third place at the Africa U-20 Cup of Nations, will now head to the South American nation to compete in the tournament from May 20 to June 11, 2023.
Nigeria's Flying Eagles will hope to do better at the FIFA U-20 World Cup having lost in the finals to Portugal (1989) and Argentina (2005).
With a new host now confirmed, the official draw of the U-20 World Cup will finally take place on Friday, April 21 at the home of FIFA in Zurich. The 24-team tournament will feature six groups of four teams.
