The teenager is currently contracted with French Ligue 1 side Lille.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle United are among the clubs interested in signing Carlos Baleba of Lille.

The three Premier League clubs are said to have scouted the 19-year-old midfielder with the aim of signing the Cameroonian.

United, the Gunners, and Chelsea have also been linked with Southampton’s Romeo Lavia. The 19-year-old Belgian midfielder is viewed as a potentially big future signing.

Real Madrid, who have been linked with PSG’s Kylian Mbappe and Benfica's Portugal striker Gonçalo Ramos – have added Tottenham Hotspur’s Richarlison to their transfer wishlist. Both are potential replacements for Karim Benzema, who is 35 now.

Meanwhile, the Los Blancos hope they will sign Mbappe on a free transfer when his contract with PSG ends in 2024.

Harry Kane remains Manchester United’s key transfer target in the summer. However, Spurs are understood to be ready to extend Kane’s contract beyond 2024.

Roberto Firimino is understood to have offered himself to La Liga giants, Barcelona. The Brazilian, 31, is expected to leave Liverpool at the end of the current season.

Meanwhile, Manchester City’s Ilkay Gundogan has emerged as Barcelona’s key midfield transfer target. The Catalan club hopes to strengthen their midfield in the coming transfer window.

Former PSG and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel will only consider accepting Tottenham’s job if the London club qualifies for the Champions League.

Meanwhile, Antonio Conte could become Inter Milan’s next manager as the Serie A side contemplates sacking Simone Inzaghi. Conte has also been linked with a move to AS Roma to replace Jose Mourinho.

Finally, PSG – with a transfer budget of just 80 million euros (£70.7m) this summer - will look to sell either Neymar or Lionel Messi in a bid to free up money for new signings.
