The Benin Arsenal are still the only side yet to taste defeat in the football league after nine matches.

Bendel Insurance are having the time of their lives and surely taking no prisoners in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

Insurance defeated Enyimba International 1-0 on Sunday in a week nine encounter played in Benin and followed through with cheeky post on their social media.

The newly promoted outfit a seventh win of the season in nine matches thanks to that man, Imade Oserenkhoe to maintain their unbeaten run in the abridged season.

The fall of the Elephant

Following their win, the club took to their official social media account to celebrate by mocking their visitors.

Bendel Insurance have won seven of their opening nine games this season.

Insurance posted a picture of a fallen elephant after full-time at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium.

"It is the fall of the Elephant in Benin and the fans are all feasting on the giant animal with their knives, forks, spoons and plate with liquid of joy," the club posted on their Twitter account moments after the game.

Oserenkhoe on target again

Meanwhile, it was another day for Insurance superstar Oserenkhoe as he was on target for the Benin Arsenal again.

Oserenkhoe was the hero of the day in Benin as he scored the decisive goal to give Insurance all three points against Enyimba.

Imade Oserenkhoe has scored six goals in nine matches this season for Bendel Insurance.

The 22-year-old has had a superb start to life in the league this season and his latest goal takes his tally to six goals in nine matches.

His goals have propelled the Arsenals to an unbeaten start and run that have seen them take control of Group A.

Odigie's Bendel Insurance remain the only team yet to lose a game this season.

Bendel Insurance sit pretty at the top of the table with 23 points, seven points ahead of their closest challengers, Enyimba, who remain second despite the defeat in Benin.
