The Boston Celtics have come back from 3-0 to tie 3-3 going to Game 7 against the Miami Heat.

With a convincing 104-103 victory against the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals early on May 28, 2023, the Boston Celtics forced a Game 7.

The Celtics' season was saved by Derrick White's amazing tip-in right before the final buzzer.

Marcus Smart of Boston missed a 3-point shot after Jimmy Butler converted three free throws to give Miami the lead with 3.0 seconds remaining. 

White positioned himself to get the rebound, swiftly banked the ball in, and gave the Celtics a thrilling win.

Second-seeded After dropping the first three games of a playoff series, Boston has won the last three contests to become only the fourth club in NBA history to force a Game 7 of the series.

For the Celtics, Jaylen Brown scored 26 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in addition to Jayson Tatum's 31 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists. 

Robert Williams III contributed 10, White had 11, and Smart scored 21 points.

Butler finished with 24 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists while shooting only 5-of-21. 

In the last quarter, Butler scored 15 points. For the Heat, Caleb Martin had 21 points and 15 rebounds.

In playoff elimination games, the Celtics are 5-0 and will have confidence of getting the job done in front of their home fans.

Gabe Vincent scored 15 points for Miami on his return from injury, followed by Duncan Robinson's 13 points, Bam Adebayo's 11 points, 13 rebounds, and Max Strus' 10 points.

The Denver Nuggets, winners of the Western Conference, will now carry on with their prolonged wait to find out their opponents in the NBA Finals.
