APR of Rwanda triumphed over Egypt's Al Ittihad with a score of 123–90, clinching the third position in the 2025 Basketball Africa League (BAL) season and establishing a league record for the highest number of points scored in one match.

He exceeded the prior record of nine, established by Will Perry in 2023 during his time with Clube Ferroviário da Beira CFV – Beira, Mozambique.

The APR team recorded an impressive 55.3% shooting percentage from three-point range. Chasson Randle aided the victory with 17 points.

Ibrahim Mohamed and Ahmed Aly Mohamed were the top scorers for Al Ittihad, with 20 and 19 points, respectively.
