Newly crowned women's 100m world champion Sha'Carri Richardson and former world champion Christian Coleman have sparked dating rumour after being caught in an 'awfully cozy' outing.
An unknown woman posted online how she caught both track stars trying to disguise at McDonald's on the last day of the World Championships in Budapest.

"So one the last closing ceremony in Budapest, I jump off the tram to my hotel for a McDonald's stop...So when I go to get my order, there is a guy (in street clothing), who looks exactly like Christian Coleman. And the girl looked exactly like Sha'Carri. No one recognised them except me, but I didn't say anything."

She then continued that on her walk back to the hotel, where the US athletes lodged, she saw both Richardson and Coleman again.
"So I decide to walk to my hotel, Danubius Helia, where all the American athletes lodged. On the short walk back, I go through the park, and there, sitting on the block wall is Sha'Carri. Standing is Coleman. Let's just put it this way: they looked awfully cozy!"

The unknown woman then confirmed that while they were checking out the next day, she saw them together again, and this time approached Richardson.

"I asked for a pic, and they were happy to take one with me. When I mentioned to Sha'Carri, "Wasn't that you at McDonald's last night?" She replied, looking away from me. "I don't know what you are talking about!"

Interestingly, the duo first got athletics fans talking when an excited Coleman ran to meet Richardson after anchoring the US women's 4x100m relay team to the gold medal and accidentally slammed her on the ground.
She got up okay, but that moment was one of the viral occasions at the World Championships in Budapest.

Richardson's dating history since 2015
