Despite not breaking the meeting record of 22.04s, it still doesn't take away the impressive form Alfred showed in the race, leading from the start and even having enough gas left to shut down about 20m to the finish line.
Currently, she's arguably the most in-form female sprinter, having stayed unbeaten in all her races this season, and is the world leader in the 200m with an outstanding time of 21.88s, just 0.02s off her PB to win the 200m silver medal at the Paris Olympic Games.
