She's unstoppable and undefeated on the African continent. Tobi Amusan completed a hat-trick of titles in the women's 100m Hurdles at the African Games in Ghana.

World Record holder Tobi Amusan proved her supremacy and prowess in the women's 100m Hurdles again, blazing to her third consecutive African Games title in 12.89s.

Amusan survived a false start scare, however she was allowed to race with the officials showing a yellow card. Nonetheless, the former world champion didn't let that distract her from making history and adding to her iconic golden medal collections.

Madagascar's Sidonie Fiadanantsoa settled for the silver medal in 13.19s, followed by Zimbabwe's Ashley Kamangarira in 13.59s.

Amusan's victory means she's now the first athlete in African Games history to do a three-peat of titles in the event, and she extended Nigeria's unbeaten run as the undisputed champions since the Games inception.
