"They say the best investment on earth is in the earth itself...I'm standing in front of my third investment property, which is a milestone of my investment journey...I didn't have much growing up and I had no knowledge of real estate, but once I started earning a little bit of money, I did some research and made that calculated risk and I found myself a real estate agent and now we're here."

At the Paris Olympic Games, Bednarek was one of Team USA's medallists, after powering to the 200m silver medal behind Letsile Tebogo, and ahead of Noah Lyles.

It was his second consecutive medal at the Games, having won the same colour at the Tokyo Olympics in his first international outing and major championship. He will later cap off his 2024 season by defeating Tebogo in the Diamond League final to win his second career title at the prestigious meet.

Speaking on why he bought the specific house, the 28-year-old detailed what prompted his decision and how he saw it was a good return of investment.

"So I bought this home, first of all, I love it because of the land, it has almost three acres. Also, it is pretty spacious, great neighborhood, the house is also being renovated, everything brand new, and it has a great appreciation value," he said.

Following his brilliant 2024 season, Bednarek will be hoping to make this year another memorable one by gunning to make the US team to the World Championships in Tokyo this summer, where he'll be aiming for his first world title.
