The match will take place on Sunday at the Pele Kigali Stadium.
Lwanga played a pivotal role in guiding APR FC to a 3-1 aggregate victory over Somalia's Gaadiidka FC in the first preliminary round.
Joackim Ojera, Simon Tamale, Charles Bbaale, and Musa Esenu
The Ugandan quartet representing Rayon Sport are currently the most prominent contingent at their club.
All four players made the traveling squad to Libya to face Al Hilal Benghazi in the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round first leg.
However, due to the devastating Libyan floods that have tragically claimed over 11,000 lives, the game was postponed.
Both clubs have agreed that Rayon Sport will host both legs in Kigali next week.
