Sha'Carri Richardson lets out her natural hair in training as boyfriend Christian Coleman beams with pride

Sha'Carri Richardson is unarguably one of the most beautiful track athletes, so when she shows her natural hair in its full glory, it always captures attention. This time, even her boyfriend, Christian Coleman couldn't help but beam with pride.

The American sprint queen rarely showcases her natural hair on the track or for other engagements. Interestingly, she let it out to play in training, posting footage on her Instagram page.

In the dedicated post, Richardson first showed different slides of selfies displaying her natural hair before the actual reel video of her training on the track.

Her pictures and video received several beautiful reactions from notable stars such as Noah Lyles' fiancée Junelle Bromfield and award-winning actress Meagan Good.

In addition, for the first time in a long while since their airport fallout last year, her boyfriend Coleman reposted the video on his Instagram story, which shows a sign of pride in her natural glory.

After a rollercoaster 2025 season, Richardson will be gunning to bounce back better this year and reclaim her spot at the top of the women's sprint division.

She is yet to compete in her first race of the year, since it is still the indoor season and she typically chooses not to participate until the outdoor season begins. However, when the time comes, Richardson will hopefully be prepared and in good shape to start her season strong.
