Mahomes and Messi
Mahomes, the Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback, and Messi, the Inter Miami forward and captain of Argentina’s national team, showcased their growing friendship.

This isn’t the first time Mahomes and Messi have crossed paths.
Their friendship began in April 2024 at Arrowhead Stadium, where Mahomes, admittedly nervous, met Messi ahead of an Inter Miami match against Sporting Kansas City.

The two have since deepened their bond, with Messi showing his support for Mahomes by attending key NFL games.
Notably, Messi was in the stands for the 2025 Superbowl in New Orleans earlier this year.
