Two-time Olympic medallist Kenny Bednarek dropped nuggets on productivity from a professional perspective.
The American track star who claimed his second consecutive Olympic silver medal in Paris behind Botswana's Letsile Tebogo in the men's 200m final and capped off his season with a revenge victory for the Diamond League title, spoke on this with a tweet on his X page.
"Pro tip: Take breaks through the day. A few minutes away can increase your productivity," he wrote.

Bednarek has been one of the most consistent sprinters in the past few years, winning 200m silver medal at the 2022 World Championships in Eugene, being a two-time Diamond League champion (2021 and 2024), as well as his Olympic medals.
His brilliant 2024 season makes him one of the standout stars to keep an eye on next year, as he's now highly rated in the elite league in the men's sprint alongside Noah Lyles and Tebogo.
