Liverpool to hijack Manchester United target, Arsenal eye promising midfielder
Chelsea have not opened new contract talks with midfielder Mateo Kovacic.
The Croatia international, 28, who has 16 months remaining in his current contract, has been linked with a move to Manchester City.

The Blues are also understood to be lining up Ruben Loftus-Cheek, 27, for sale at the end of the season.

Liverpool are keen to sign Napoli center-back Kim Min-Jae from Napoli. The 26-year-old has also been linked with Manchester United.
Evan Ndicka
The Reds have also been linked with Evan Ndicka. The French defender, 23, will be available in the summer after turning down a final offer from Eintracht Frankfurt.
