Liverpool to hijack Manchester United target, Arsenal eye promising midfielder

Chelsea have not opened new contract talks with midfielder Mateo Kovacic.

Arsenal are keeping an eye on Jesper Lindstrom, 23, as Eintracht are set to let him leave for a fee of about 30 million euros.
