Adeyemi has been a top target for Juventus in recent weeks after his impressive performance last season with Dortmund.
A few weeks ago, the Germany international became one of the forwards on the Old Lady’s shortlist to aid Thiago Motta’s rebuild.
Juventus have now taken further steps to sign the forward and have agreed an initial transfer deal with Dortmund.
Karim Adeyemi on the move
Reports circulating in the Italian media suggest that the Serie A giants have agreed on a deal with Dortmund for Karim Adeyemi.
The deal was reported by Lolade Adewuyi on X, confirming that Dortmund and Juventus have agreed a deal.
He tweeted, “I’ve been informed that Borussia Dortmund have accepted Juventus‘ first offer for Karim. The offer includes a €39m transfer fee with €5m of possible add-ons.
“He will not travel to Bad Ragaz with Dortmund but fly to Turin tomorrow. The Fufu master is going to Serie A. Wishing him the best.”

The winger will not be travelling to Austria with the Dortmund team to play Villarreal at the Cashpoint Arena. Rather, he is going to Turin to complete the transaction.
According to reports, the 22-year-old forward would like to sign for a team that will play in the UEFA Champions League the following year.
The decision is in line with Adeyemi's goals since Juventus has earned a spot in next season's Champions League.
The Italian supporters are excitedly waiting for updates on the transfer agreement, even if neither of the two teams have made an official statement about it.
