‘I want to learn’ - Super Eagles star provides update on next transfer destination
Victor Boniface made his move from Union Saint-Gilloise to Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2023.
The striker has been an important player for the German side, having helped them win the Bundesliga last season and setting a remarkable unbeaten record.
He has picked up from where he left last season, coming off the bench to score the winning goal against Wolfsburg.
Boniface wants to learn Spanish language
Speaking in an interview with Sporty TV, the Nigerian acknowledged that he has developed an interest in Spanish.
Boniface said, “If it’s Spanish, I want to learn Spanish, but German? Not so much. I’d love to play in Spain someday.”

The Super Eagles striker has said that he would love to play in Spain after admitting to loving the language and wanting to learn it.
His love for the Spanish language came as a hint to his next transfer destination if he decided to leave Leverkusen.
The former Union Saint-Gilloise striker has started the new season on a high, having scored three goals and provided one assist in his last four games.
The striker will be looking to start Leverkusen’s next game against Bayern Munich and continue with his goal scoring form.
