Fenerbahce look to save Arokodare’s season, plan to make January move for Super Eagles star
Following an impressive season in Belgium, Arokodare was signed by the Molineux club during the summer transfer window.
However, he has found it challenging to make his mark since arriving at the club and have struggled to start games in the Premier League.
He has played just 223 minutes across seven league appearances, most of which have been as a substitute, playing a supporting role to Jorgen Strand Larsen.
Fenerbahce eye Arokodare
Wolves have endured a tough season, languishing near the bottom of the table with only two points from their first 11 matches.
Amid these struggles, speculation is growing that Arokodare may be seeking an exit to secure more playing time.
According to reports from Turkish outlet Futbol Arena, Fenerbahce have identified Arokodare as a potential solution to their attacking needs.
The Istanbul-based club is looking for a long-term replacement for their primary striker, Talisca, who is expected to depart at the end of the season.
Fenerbahce are said to be drawn to Arokodare's physical presence and aerial ability, which would offer a different dimension to their attack.
The Turkish team are believed to be considering a loan offer with an option to buy. However, it remains uncertain whether Wolves would be open to letting the striker leave, especially mid-season.
