Marco Silva made one change to the Fulham side that lost to neighbours Chelsea at Stamford Bridge two weeks ago. Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi retained their position in the, while Samuel Chukwueze did not make the team.

Daniel Farke, on the other hand, made five changes to the Leeds team that drew 0-0 at home to Newcastle last time out.

Fulham dominated the first half but failed to take advantage of their dominance. The presence of Iwobi in midfield did not do much in the game and had to settle for 0-0 at halftime.

The second half did not make much difference, with both teams failing to create quality chances. However, Fulham was able to nick a win in injury time thanks to an own goal from Gabriel Gudmundsson.

Following the win, Fulham claimed their first victory of the season following a poor start to their Premier League campaign.
