Martin Bakole is ahead of Anthony Joshua in the line to face Daniel Dubois for the IBF heavyweight belt.
Last year, Dubois shocked everyone by upsetting Joshua, the previous unified titlist, at Wembley Stadium.
Joseph Parker of New Zealand, who is presently leading the bout, will face Dubois in a voluntary IBF championship defense on Saturday, February 22, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
After that, Dubois will have to either defend the title or participate in a unification of world championships.
Bakole will face Efe Ajagba in May in order to become the mandatory challenger for the IBF title.
Eddie Hearn, AJ's promoter, wants Joshua to be considered to take fight the Dubois-Parker winner.
However, Joshua must qualify if he hopes to challenge the February 22 winner, as noted by Dubois' promoter Frank Warren.
Warren will also look at a possible rematch with Oleksandr Usyk in a unification of all four main heavyweight world belts if Dubois defeats Parker.
