Super Eagles of Nigeria defender Abdullahi Shehu has reason to celebrate.
The 30-year-old celebrated the one-year-old birthday of his son on Friday, March 24, 2023.
Abdullahi and his wife, Kannywood actress, Naja’atu Suleiman both took to their official social media platforms to celebrate the special day.

To celebrate the special day, Abdullahi posted a photo shoot of his son in a suit and traditional attire.
Along with the photos was a message that said, "Exactly one year ago on this day, we received one of the greatest gifts of life from Allah, a beautiful baby boy.
"You have brightened our world & become our sunshine.
"Happy first birthday to our pride & joy! Allah blesses you abundantly. We love you, Son!!!>
Abdullahi's wife Naja’atu also posted similar photos to celebrate the special occasion.

Along with the photos was a message that said, "A proud mother. Happy birthday baby boy."
He is not part of the Super Eagles team for the last round of Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers home and away against Guinea Bissau.
