Justina's revelations came during a TMZ interview shortly after the game, where she discussed how cultural staples from her Nigerian heritage played a role in his preparation and recovery.

Emmanwori's mother, who previously charmed fans with her candid confusion over the Super Bowl's hype, now highlights the simple yet nourishing foods that kept her son grounded amid the NFL's intensity.

When asked what dishes help him prepare for high-stakes games like the Super Bowl, she responded with warmth and humour: "He loves Vegetable soup, so he says 'mom, make it for me'.....And Okra soup."

These traditional Nigerian soups, rich in nutrients from fresh vegetables, okra, and often paired with staples like pounded yam or fufu, have been staples in the Emmanwori household.

Vegetable soup, typically featuring ingredients like ugu leaves, waterleaf, and proteins such as fish or meat, provides the vitamins and energy needed for rigorous training sessions. Okra soup is known for its slimy texture aiding digestion.
