The Red Devils parted ways with manager Ruben Amorim just hours after he publicly questioned the club's hierarchy.

The decision came in the wake of a disappointing 1-1 draw against Leeds on Sunday, which left the team in sixth place in the Premier League.

Amorim's tenure came to an abrupt end following post-match comments that hinted at significant friction with the board. He stressed his role was that of a manager, not a head coach, suggesting a disagreement over control and authority.
