Liverpool have been in the transfer market for a forward and identified the Italian as the best choice for their attack.
The forward, who made 131 appearances and spent four seasons with Juventus, has ended his Italian journey and is set to begin a new career as the new Liverpool player.
The 26-year-old forward is ready to play for the Reds after completing his medicals and signing a long-term contract.
Liverpool sign Chiesa
Chiesa has been given the number 14 jersey for the ongoing season after Liverpool officially announced his signing.
The Italy international was signed for a fee worth €15 million and also signed a four-year contract with the Reds.

Following the completion of his transfer, Chiesa told Liverpoolfc.com, “I’m so happy to be a Liverpool player.
“When Richard Hughes called me and he said, ‘Do you want to join Liverpool?’ – and the coach called me – I said yes immediately because I know the history of this club, I know what it represents to the fans. So, I’m so happy and I can’t wait to get started.”
After the decision to sign Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia earlier this week, he becomes the second signing of the Arne Slot era.
Meanwhile, Liverpool have been drawn against Premier League side West Ham in the third round of the Carabao Cup
