McTominay has been on the subject of transfer speculation in recent weeks, with Galatasaray and Fenerbahce looking to get his signature.
However, reports have suggested that Fulham have swooped in with a transfer bid to sign the midfielder.
At the opening of the transfer window, Fulham had an initial £15m transfer bid rejected by Manchester United for McTominay at the start of the summer.
Fulham make improve offer
Fulham have made an improved offer for Man United midfielder Scott McTominay as they look to improve their squad ahead of the new season.
According to The Telegraph, the West London club made an offer worth around £20 million to the Red Devils.
However, Man United are yet to respond to the new offer despite it being close to the £25-30m valuation of the Scotland international.
Fulham recently signed Arsenal star Emile Smith-Rowe for a fee worth £34 million deal and are still in the market for another midfielder following the departure of Joao Palhinha.
McTominay's current deal with United expires in a year, and the team has the option to extend it by a further 12 months, until June 2026.
If he leaves this summer, Ten Hag’s side will push to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s Manuel Ugarte after declaring interest in the midfielder.
