'LIES' — Mbappe denies Real Madrid interest despite exit plans
Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has flatly denied rumours linking him with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid this summer, referring to the particular report as ‘lies.”
Mbappe declares intention to leave PSG next season
Mbappe had recently made it known that he would not be extending his current PSG contract, which expires next summer, despite having the option to unilaterally trigger an extra year extension.
His declaration opened the floodgates of rumours about a potential departure from PSG this summer, with the club hoping to recoup at least some of the €180 million fee paid to Monaco for the Frenchman.

Among the current rumours linking Mbappe to a summer move, including reports of interest from Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United, the most poignant are the links to a potential move to Real Madrid, but Mbappe has now personally denied interest in any of the proposed moves.
Mbappe had been close to joining Real Madrid before signing the current two-year deal that keeps him at PSG until next season, but the France captain decided to stay with Les Parisiens on that occasion.
Mbappe labels links to Real Madrid as false
After the four-time Ligue 1 Player of the Year made it clear that he would be looking to leave the club after next season, many immediately made the assumption that Mbappe could be tempted to leave even earlier than claimed if Real Madrid come knocking.
However, the PSG forward has come out to pour cold water on such speculation, calling it lies in a Twitter post while also reiterating that he wants to stay in France for at least one more season.

He said, “LIES… ❌. At the same time, the bigger it is, the more it passes. I have already said that I will continue next season at PSG where I am very happy.”
Mbappe had already mentioned that he wanted to stay in France for at least one more season as he looks to eclipse Just Fotaine’s record of five Ligue 1 top scorer awards and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez had also intimated at making a push for the forward next season despite the exit of Karim Benzema, but for some reason, the rumours persisted.
Now Mbappe has denied the rumours of an exit this season again, but it is unlikely to completely silence the links until the end of the summer transfer window at least.
