What happened
As Pulse Sports reported, the Red Devils' head coach, Amorim, told Alejandro Garnacho to leave the club in the summer after the Argentine’s social media reaction to their Europa League final defeat to Tottenham.
Garnacho was a 71st-minute substitute in the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham. After the game, he utilised social media to express his displeasure. “Until the final, I played every round helping the team… then the final arrives, and I play 20 minutes?! I don’t know. The final, the season, the whole situation of the club… I will try to enjoy the summer, and then we will see what happens.”
Amorim responded sternly in his next media appearance, and privately, he reportedly told Garnacho to seek his future elsewhere, stamping his authority on the squad.

What Amad said
Diallo is one of the players who shone under Amorim this term, and up until his unfortunate injury, he was neck and neck with Bruno Fernandes as the best player in the squad.
The Ivorian winger was asked about Amorim's alleged verdict on Garnacho, and he had the following to say: “Alejandro is a really good player; we need good players in the team. I know Garna really well. I hope to have Garna next season. (It) is not really a big issue for the team.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United defender Harry Maguire made an honest admission about the terrible season they had and stressed the need for them to get it right in the transfer window.
