Atalanta manager Raffaele Palladino has acknowledged the significant impact of losing Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman to the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Speaking at a pre-match press conference on Monday, De Ketelaere emphasized that Lookman's current form could be a game-changer when the Bergamo club faces Chelsea on Tuesday for their final group stage match.
