Gyokeres' representatives offer striker to Real Madrid after stalled talks with Arsenal
The Sporting Lisbon striker has been one of the most sought-after forwards in the transfer market this summer.
The likes of Arsenal and Manchester United have made contact with the player about a possible transfer but have yet to strike a deal.
Gyokeres offered to Madrid
According to The Athletic, via Sportal, Los Blancos politely declined, explaining they are not currently looking to bolster their attack, especially after securing the signing of Franco Mastantuono.
Gyokeres was considered a hot commodity in this summer's transfer market. However, interest from major clubs has cooled significantly in recent weeks, and Sporting has yet to receive a concrete offer.
Reports suggest Juventus are currently showing the most serious interest. Arsenal are also monitoring the situation, but their priority is RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko.
Real Madrid have already added Dean Housen, Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Mastantuono to their ranks.
Their current focus seems to be strengthening their midfield, where doubts linger about the quality of Aurelien Tchouameni, Dani Ceballos, and Eduardo Camavinga.
