Victor Gyokeres' agent, Hasan Cetinkaya, is reportedly considering legal action to claim the commission he waived during the 27-year-old forward's transfer from Sporting to Arsenal.
Hasan Cetinkaya, Victor Gyokeres' agent, signed a document to forgo his commission to facilitate the striker's transfer to Arsenal.
The deal that saw the Swedish star move to the Emirates was valued at €65.7 million and could rise to €76 million with bonuses.

Cetinkaya set for lawsuit
As reported by Now, via Abola, Gyokeres might even be called as a witness in a potential lawsuit against Sporting and president Frederico Varandas, should Cetinkaya proceed with legal proceedings.
However, A BOLA understands that the agent, whose relationship with the Lisbon club has soured due to the player's contentious move to the London club and who held the mandate for the transfer, willingly signed a document formally waiving his 10 per cent commission. This amounted to approximately €6.5 million, a sacrifice made to facilitate the transfer.
According to Now, Cetinkaya could also pursue legal action over statements made by Frederico Varandas. "Blackmail threats and insults don't work with me.
"I believe Viktor can leave, unless he has the worst agent in the world, which I don't believe, because he is one of the best footballers in the world," the Sporting president said during the saga of the forward's departure. Sporting remains completely unconcerned by this possibility.
