Neymar joins the list of highest-paid players worldwide after agreeing to a mega contract with Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.

The Brazilian recently completed his move to Al-Hilal after agreeing to a £69m offer rising to £86m with PSG.

The former PSG star signed a deal until 2025 and will earn a £138 million-a-YEAR salary at his new club.

Despite entering the list of highest earners in the world, Neymar’s salary can still not be compared to Cristiano Ronaldo’s salary.

However, we take a look at how much Ronaldo and Neymar earn and give a breakdown of their salary.

Salary breakdown of Ronaldo and Neymar

Neymar will receive £276 million after his two-year stint in the Middle East, according to L'Equipe, as reported by Talks Sport.

The breakdown of the former Barcelona and PSG attacker is £138 million a year, £11.5 million per month, £2.65 million per week, £378k per day, £15.7k per hour and £262 every minute.

However, his salary is still far below the pay of Cristiano Ronaldo who signed for Al Nassr during the winter transfer window.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner earns £177 million annually, the biggest in a sports contract ever.

Ronaldo’s salary breakdown is £177 million yearly, £14.75 million monthly, £3.4 million weekly, £485k daily, £20k every hour and £337 every minute.

Neymar’s salary in his new club is also up there with the rest of the top earners but it still can't be compared to the Portuguese wages.

With the recent signings made by Al-Hilal including Neymar the Saudi Arabian side will be looking to win the league title.
