Caicedo has now followed Chelsea on Instagram according to a post on X.com from the reliable transfer man Fabrizio Romano.
This is the latest move by the highly rated South American who has made it clear that he only wants a move to Chelsea who have already agreed personal terms with the young midfielder since May.
