Manchester United are expected to make a move for either Victor Osimhen or Harry Kane this summer.
Former Manchester United star Dimitar Berbatov has urged the club to make the right decision in their quest to sign a new striker this season.
Man Utd will be in the market for a new striker this summer, with Victor Osimhen and Harry Kane on top of their list.
Osimhen and Kane top Manchester United's list
Osimhen has been in exceptional form for Napoli this season, scoring 26 goals and setting up another five in 31 games.

Meanwhile, Kane has also been firing on all cylinders despite Tottenham Hotspur’s poor season, scoring 25 goals and recording four assists in 42 games.

Both Osimhen and Kane top the list of options for Manchester United and will cost the club a lot of money.

Osimhen is now Africa’s most valuable player, replacing Liverpool and Egypt star Mohamed Salah.
But while Berbatov believes both are good fits for Manchester United, he has urged the club to go for Osimhen because he is younger.

The former Bayer Leverkusen striker is aware of Kane’s quality but says his age is not the right profile for the Red Devils.
“You cannot argue with the goalscoring record of Harry Kane. He is one of the best of his generation in how he scores goals, how he plays the game, how he sees the game. And he's unbelievable,” Berbatov told Goal.

“But the one concern I have is that age, he is [almost] 30 so nobody's getting any younger. And in my mind, this is going to be a major concern if someone is going to buy him,” he added.
In contrast, Berbatov says Osimhen will be available for Manchester United for a very long time, considering he is only 24.
“It's so difficult because you need someone who's going to score goals. Someone who's going to be the right age so he can develop and get better and better and better. So you have to use him for years to come. In my mind, that is Osimhen,” Berbatov continued.

“He's having an unbelievable season and he's doing great stuff. So this is the type of player I’d like to see for United,” he added.
